Description of location and surrounding
area:
This home is set at
the end of Maxine St. in St Clair Shores, Michigan. The area is off I94 and 9 Mile. The area is
wooded and has many other older remodeled homes in the area. The home is also set on the back
part of the property. That makes the front yard very large and it also
has a few very large, tall trees.
Area history:
The area is near a large
body of water called Lake St.Clair and it also sits on large mineral deposits that are under
most places in the Great Lakes region. The township and many other surrounding townships
were settled by blood shed with the local Indian tribes. Then as the years went on there
were other fights over land grabbing. This
is where the big shots and people with lots of money set out to put some local farmers out
of business. Once they did this they could buy the land for pennies on the dollar and develop
the land for real-estate.

Investigation summary: We arrived at the home on Maxine St. in St. Clair Shores, Michigan
around 8:00 PM 4/28/2012. We met up with our historian Laura G. and Linda A. and I started by unpacking our equipment. I started
talking with the client separate of our other psychic, Linda as to not contaminate the evidence. Linda and Laura went to the
other side of the house and did an EMF sweep to start out. Once I had all the info from the client I teamed up with Linda
& Laura and started to work this case. Linda tuned in to the home and started telling us things that even the client didn’t
know. Once Linda was done I took over doing my best to glean information from the investigation site. I plugged in my energy
to the home and started to get information that the client didn’t tell me. At this time Linda had taken over being our
night vision/DVR operator. Laura kept taking notes as much as she could. I started saying what I was seeing and what spirits
I was talking to. I would say things that the home owner didn’t tell me but confirmed after I had said them. After a
few minutes of this we made our way into the living room. We all sat down. The client and I sat on the couch. Laura was on
the chair opposite the client and Linda was sitting on the chair just opposite of me. Linda had the camera pointing at the
client and me as we were conversing with the spirit of a lady that had long since passed. Then at one point the client asked
the lady spirit if she had a washing machine? The spirit said “No I do not.” After about another hour of chatting
it up with the spirits we were ready to call it a night. Once we packed up our equipment and said our goodbyes we were on
our way out, around 10:40 PM. The findings were conclusive that there are many spirits living in the home as evidenced by
our evp samples. The home owner says she is comfortable with the fact that they live with her. For now we have satisfied the
home owner’s curiosity and this case is closed.

Final summary: PIRCOM would like
to thank the client for
allowing us into their beautiful home. This case was a very amiable and
a non-negative case. Most of the spirits were nice and very forthcoming in their answers. As reported by the home owner after
we left the spirit activity dropped off to nothing. We hope this means that the case is solved.
