Psychic Investigator: Linda

In August, 2011 Linda and I decided to do this case together on our own.  We know that it is a personal case involving our own home and agreed it would be nicer this way because we know the spirits in this home.  We also didn't want them to become shy with someone else entering their domain that didn't know them.  So now this case is in the hands of both Linda and I.

It was in 2008 when the client 1st moved into this home.  She was living there on her own for 2 years before I moved in with her.  She told me that she felt as if she was never alone. She also told me of a few instances where she would awake at night to what she thought was a man standing at the foot of her bed.  She said this was a bit strange but she never felt threatened.  I moved into the home on May 17th 2010 and right away started to see spirits.  A few nights I saw a tall man in a light gray suit walk right across the living room and out the front door.  Then I also saw a dog walk across the living room and through the front door.  Then whistling started. It was very loud in the kitchen area.  My girlfriend asked if that was me doing that?  I said no and she asked again if I was sure? I said “yes it’s not me doing that.”  One late morning I was still sleeping. She was in the kitchen doing dishes when she felt a hot breath on her neck.  She turned fast as she was thinking it was me doing it.  She got the shock of  her life when she found out I wasn’t there.  She went to check on me and I was fast asleep.  She told me about it when I awoke about 30 minutes later.  This is when we started thinking that the spirits might want to talk. One afternoon about 5:00 PM we were sitting on the couch in the living room with her daughter who was visiting.  We were showing her our ghost hunting stuff.  Her daughter said the stuff freaked her out.  We told her that it was a perfectly natural thing and that ghosts are mostly just past over, lost spirits.  I got out my digital tape recorder and started recording.  I only had about 10 minutes of tape recorded when I shut it off and put it away.  Later that week I took a look at the audio footage on my computer program that helps clean up the noise so if there are voices you can hear them.  Not more than 5 minutes in I hear a voice say “talk to me.”  The voice was a bit hoarse but you could make it out to be the voice of a man.  This is what prompted us to start the investigation of the N.Waterloo St. Home here in Jackson, MI.

Now on to the night of the investigation.  It was New Year’s Eve and both Linda and I did not have any plans so we decided to investigate our home that night.  We started around 9:00PM getting set up.  We check all our equipment and put fresh new batteries in all of the cameras, tape recorders, and so on.  I would be the team leader and Linda was the acting psychic investigator/everything else.  We started out in the basement and worked our way through the house room to room. When we were in the basement it was damp and cold. We didn’t stay long for we were getting nothing on the PX box translator. This is when we headed upstairs to the back bedroom.
