PIRCOM is an independent group of researchers in the field of paranormal studies.  Our services are always free and we take full responsibility for all research personnel.  We understand, and fully respect that we will be on private property and all due considerations will be given so that no damage to the site is caused by our team or equipment.  All members are professionals and we guarantee the absence of intoxicant consumption, smoking, horseplay, or any other disagreeable conduct.  We agree that we undertake this research at our own risk, and understand that you are not responsible for any injury or damage to the team or their equipment while on your property.

Upon arrival of our team at your location, you will be asked to sign a form similar to the one below, or you can submit this form online before the investigation.

By signing or submitting this form, you are stating that you have the authority to allow access to the desired location to PIRCOM members and affiliated persons for the purpose of conducting an investigation into possible paranormal occurances or conducting field research at this location.  

The investigation process has been/will be explained to me and I give PIRCOM permission to conduct one at this location.  PIRCOM releases the owner of the location from any liability for personnel injuries and/or damage to PIRCOM equipment incurred during the investigation.  PIRCOM owns the rights to any evidence incurred on our equipment.  PIRCOM would also like to use some or all of the information and evidence collected during this investigation for possible includsion in our website and future presentations.
